How do I request a refund?
All 3DI Training Platform and in-person classroom sales are final. The Automotive Dealership Institute does not offer any money-back guarantees. Once a transaction is complete, an applicant recognized and agreed that they shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing.
