The Automotive Dealership Institute is located in Scottsdale, Arizona’s prestigious Eldorado Square. Our building is situated among towering palm trees and is adjacent to the beautifully landscaped tropical paradise of the Scottsdale Hilton Resort and Villas.
Our facilities were designed by well-known commercial architect Carl Schaeffer and built from the ground up especially for us with student comfort in mind. When you enter through the massive copper and bronze double doors into our spacious lobby, you will feel as if you were entering the lobby of a luxury resort hotel. Our facilities were furnished and decorated by designer Jennifer Reynolds, who describes the theme as “classical with a contemporary twist.” The feature wall behind the receptionist in the lobby area was created by the critically acclaimed Southwestern sculptor Scott Christopher Woosley.
Our exceptionally large, comfortable reception area also houses our well-appointed reference library and contains plush furniture with a tropical decor. A French door off the lobby opens to our shaded patio area reserved exclusively for our students’ enjoyment during school hours.
Our student lounge and lunch room is equipped with modern, all stainless-steel appliances including two microwave ovens, a large fridge with cold water and ice dispenser, toaster and of course, always fresh coffee, and tea service maintained by our full-time housekeeper, Ramona. For those who choose to bring in their lunch they can enjoy it in our lunch room or on the patio. Both areas are appointed with café-style tables and chairs. Those who prefer to venture out can take their pick-of-the-many cafes, bistros and restaurants located within walking distance. There is something for every taste and budget, including a poolside tropical café at the neighboring Hilton Resort.
