Dealership Workshops

Becky CherneckAutomotive Dealership Institute has formed an exclusive partnership with Chernek Consulting, Inc., a company reputed to be one of the top dealership consulting firms in all of North America. The president and founder of Chernek Consulting, Ms. Rebecca D. Chernek, has joined ADI as an Associate Professor, and will hold special workshops for ADI’s students throughout the year.

As a private, licensed school, ADI offers specialized diploma programs in automotive finance management and service advising.  In addition to ADI’s full-time job placement department, all graduates of ADI also benefit from the extensive job placement services of Chernek Consulting, Inc. and Professor Chernek.  These services are offered throughout the United States and Canada, without any kind of placement fee to the employer or employee.

F&I Workshops at ADI
ADI and Chernek Consulting, Inc., now offer dealership-exclusive workshops four times a year.  These three-day workshops, taught by Ms. Becky Chernek herself, are hosted by ADI at its Scottsdale, Arizona, campus.  Registration for each workshop will be limited to small groups.  A wide variety of topics will be offered, ranging from compliance and customer service to closing tools and desking; all workshops are designed to increase profit and CSI in busy dealership F&I offices.

In-Dealership Custom Workshops
Automotive Dealership Institute’s innovative web-based F&I training program will now serve as an integral part of Ms. Chernek’s in-house dealership workshops.  These workshops are customized to suit an individual dealership’s needs.  Furthermore, they may also be presented in “split shifts,” where a rotating training agenda enables the entire staff to participate in the training without negatively impacting the daily operations of the store.

Consulting
In-store consultations allow individual dealerships to evaluate and critique their current methods, and identify any areas of weakness or stagnation which require attention.  This not only makes for a more effective, profitable dealership, it also protects the store and its personnel from legal reprisals.  Appropriate training, through either an in-store workshop taught by Professor Chernek or at one of ADI’s courses, can then focus on any problem areas. Popular topics include menu selling, overcoming objections, utilizing internet sales to maximize profits, how to prevent legal problems in the F&I department, and encouraging inter-department cooperation.

On-Line Continuing Education
Automotive Dealership Institute firmly believes in the importance of ongoing training and education for automotive professionals.  To that end, ADI’s online F&I training program is available for busy professionals who are unable to travel or take extended leave from work. The program is offered in three distinct units, or modules, which may be purchased individually to accommodate both the student’s schedule and desired area of emphasis.  Learning takes place at the student’s individual pace, meaning that the entire three-module course can be completed in anywhere from one to four months. Students desiring a more interactive approach have the further option of enrolling in the hybrid diploma program.  The hybrid program includes an additional week of “live” instruction, focusing on the sub-prime market, at ADI’s Scottsdale campus.  Graduates of the hybrid program may avail themselves of ADI’s placement services.
